When cancelling an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice. In doing so, this allows other clients to schedule during that appointment time. If you cancel in less than 48 hours, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee, of the services booked. No shows will be charged 100% of the services booked. If a client consistently cancels their appointment the day of, or no shows, future appointments will need to be prepaid and are non-refundable. Confirmation calls, texts, and/or email reminders are a courtesy, it is still your responsibility to remember your appointment whether you receive a courtesy call/text/email or not. *LATE ARRIVALS* If you arrive late, your appointment may be modified to accommodate clients whose appointments follow yours.
