LATE POLICY: If you arrive late, your appointment may be modified or rescheduled to accommodate clients whose appointments follow yours. If the appointment has to be rescheduled, then a 50% cancellation fee, of the services booked, will be charged to the card on file. CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, then a 50% cancellation fee, of the services booked, will be charged to the card on file. No shows will be charged 100% of the services booked. ***Confirmation calls, texts, and/or email reminders are a courtesy, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment whether you receive a courtesy call/text/email or not.***
